Delete your Herbarium account

In the app (instant)

Open Herbarium → Profile tab → Delete account → confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and journal.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email antepeovic@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Herbarium account deletion". Requests are completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (sign-in identity, email, name, profile picture)
Your species collection and every sighting
All photos you uploaded and their locations
Your field notes and identification history

Deletion is permanent — there is no recovery or export after it completes. No data is retained afterwards, apart from anonymous crash reports already sent, which contain no journal content.
